This is a great alternative and cost effective approach to seal up a commercial or residential flat roof that is either leaking or causing issues due to damage. The product that we use is 100% Silicone and works great in the Colorado climate.
HIGH SOLIDS- GacoFlex solvent-free silicone coatings are made almost entirely of solids. 95% of what is in the can stays on the roof!
WORKABILITY- GacoFlex S20 Series can be applied to virtually any existing roof to create a seamless membrane in one coat on smooth surfaces. The coating can also be rained on within 2 hours.
FM APPROVED- S20 does not change the FM rating for fire, wind and hail. GacoFlex S20 Series is the only roofing coating in the industry with this certification.
